Hi, my name is Natalia and I come from Russia. You have surely heard of a mean law signed recently by our government, which prohibits families from USA to adopt Russian orphans. USA has been making a considerable percent of adoptions, especially speaking of disabled children. Sad but true, Russians in general do not have means to adopt such kids. This means that there is no more hope left for them, except for adoptions to european families.
